Cruise staterooms are categorized into Inside, Ocean View, Balcony, and Suite rooms, and you may choose your preferred room type upon booking, so please consult with your agent for assistance.
Please note that there is a formal dress code for dinner. Men are required to wear a suit, and women are expected to wear a suit or cocktail dress. Swimwear, shorts, and slippers are not permitted in the dining venues.

Sea Day Use of onboard facilities and various cruise line programs (free time)

On a sea day, guests can enjoy a wide variety of onboard activities. In the morning, they can have breakfast at the Main Dining Room or buffet and relax on the pool deck while enjoying ocean views or spend time at the Royal Bay Pool. During the day, they can experience thrilling water slides at the large waterpark or try surfing on the FlowRider, as well as relax and work out at the spa or fitness center. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy shopping, mini golf, kids club activities, or watch performances at the AquaDome. In the evening, they can dine at specialty restaurants or the main dining venues and end the day with shows, live music, casino, and various bars.

South Beach, with its white sandy shoreline and Art Deco architecture, is one of the city’s most iconic attractions, along with its luxury shopping centers and diverse restaurants. Visitors can also experience Cuban-inspired culture and local cuisine in Little Havana. In addition, Miami is home to one of the world’s largest cruise ports and is widely recognized as a major gateway for Caribbean cruises.

Disembark from the cruise

On the final disembarkation day of the cruise, guests are advised to follow a few important guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe departure. Luggage should be placed outside the cabin by the designated time the night before, while all valuables such as passports, travel documents, and essential items must be kept with you at all times. On disembarkation morning, guests are required to follow the assigned group numbers and scheduled times, and it is important to comply with onboard announcements and crew instructions to maintain an orderly process. It is also recommended to check for any outstanding onboard charges and ensure that all personal belongings have been collected from the cabin. After disembarkation, ports may be busy, so allowing extra time for onward travel arrangements is advised.

Unless you have booked a private tour separately, all tours are shared tours and will be operated together with other travelers. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after tour availability has been verified, full payment has been made, and you have received written confirmation of your reservation number and meeting location by email or message. If you fail to provide required information requested by our agent (including flight details and meeting location information) in a timely manner, participation may be denied without refund. No refunds or compensation will be provided if you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons such as missing required documents or flight delays. We do not provide individual reminders regarding essential travel documents (passport, required travel authorizations, etc.); you are solely responsible for preparing these in advance. Unless otherwise advised, guide/driver tips and optional activity fees must be paid in cash in local currency on site. If an optional activity must be reserved in advance, you must apply before departure; if participation is not possible on site, we may not be able to assist. Prices for optional tours and admission fees may change depending on dates and local supplier conditions, and the tour sequence may be adjusted or optional activities may not operate due to local circumstances. For certain options, children under 12 may participate only when accompanied by a guardian. The itinerary may include shopping stops not listed in the schedule; purchases are strictly voluntary. Vehicles may be changed during the tour depending on on-site conditions. Child car seats are not provided, and even if you bring your own, usage may not be possible. If you will bring more than one suitcase per person, you must inform us in advance. Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle, guide, and meeting time may change; you must maintain a reliable method of contact until the tour date. If you are traveling from Korea, mobile roaming is recommended. Travel insurance is optional and must be purchased separately if desired. Please refrain from leaving the group and follow basic etiquette. Please do not make personal requests to, or use inappropriate language toward, the guide or staff. You are responsible for safeguarding valuables and cash; we are not responsible for loss of valuables and assistance may be limited. The itinerary may be changed or partially cancelled without prior notice due to personal negligence, acts of God, force majeure, local conditions, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, or theft; we shall not be liable for any resulting losses in accordance with common industry practice. When staying at hotels, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel buildings, and excessive drinking should be avoided. If hotel property is damaged, noise complaints are made, or smoking is detected, the hotel may impose a penalty fee of 1,000 or more in local currency, and you are responsible for such charges. Depending on room availability, a twin room may be assigned as a king-size bed room with one bed. Hotel rooms generally provide two beds; for example, four guests in a quad room will share two beds. Hotels listed in the itinerary may be changed to equivalent or lower-category hotels without prior notice due to local circumstances.

Packing List

Each passenger should prepare one suitcase per person. If you have additional luggage, please make sure to inform your travel consultant in advance. Please bring a government-issued ID (and a passport if you’re arriving from overseas), a toothbrush, toothpaste, a razor, and other toiletries such as hair conditioner, shampoo, and body wash; warm, windproof outerwear; a hat; a swimsuit; sunglasses; and any personal medications or basic first-aid items you may need.
