If an optional activity must be reserved in advance, you must apply before departure; if participation is not possible on site, we may not be able to assist. Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle, guide, and meeting time may change; you must maintain a reliable method of contact until the tour date. If you are traveling from Korea, mobile roaming is recommended. Travel insurance is optional and must be purchased separately if desired. Please refrain from leaving the group and follow basic etiquette. Please do not make personal requests to, or use inappropriate language toward, the guide or staff. You are responsible for safeguarding valuables and cash; we are not responsible for loss of valuables and assistance may be limited. The itinerary may be changed or partially cancelled without prior notice due to personal negligence, acts of God, force majeure, local conditions, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, or theft; we shall not be liable for any resulting losses in accordance with common industry practice. When staying at hotels, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel buildings, and excessive drinking should be avoided. If hotel property is damaged, noise complaints are made, or smoking is detected, the hotel may impose a penalty fee of 1,000 or more in local currency, and you are responsible for such charges. Depending on room availability, a twin room may be assigned as a king-size bed room with one bed. Hotel rooms generally provide two beds; for example, four guests in a quad room will share two beds. 캐나다에 도착해서 하루 정리정돈을 마치고 밴프로 캐나다여행의 첫 여정을 시작했어요 :) 언니가 캐나다 워킹홀리데이를 하고있어 부모님과 함께 45일간의 캐나다여행을 오게되었고, 언니의 추천으로 오케이투어 여행사로 밴프 여행을 예약 하게됐습니다! 처음에는 어색하고 낯선 만남이였지만 젊은 오웬 가이드님 덕분에 같이 온 분들과 금방 친해질수 있었고, 투어를 다니며 포토존에서 한팀한팀 사진을 찍어주시며 인생샷을 건져주셨어요! 이동하는 동안에도 가이드님의 ’캐나다의 역사속으로‘ 강의도 너무 재밌었습니다ㅎㅎ 학창시절엔 역사 얘기만 하면 눈이감기곤 했었는데 가이드님의 눈높이 설명이 머릿속에 쏙쏙 박히더라구요? 그리고 개인적으로 정말 좋았던건 중간중간 잔잔한 팝송을 틀어주셨는데 대자연의 경치를보면서 듣는 노래는 어떤 말로도 표현할수 없을만큼 많은생각들과 인생의 배움을 가져다 주었습니다 ! 첫날과 마지막날은 이동시간이 조금 길어 마음정리할수있는 책한권 가져가는걸 추천드려요! 3박4일동안 어디에서도 담을수없는 대자연의 위대함을 눈과 마음과 사진으로 가득 담아갑니다! 그리고 이 모든것을 추억하고 경험할수있도록 3박4일동안 열심히 달려와주신 리 캡틴님께도 너무너무 감사드립니다??‍♀️ 앞으로 남은 캐나다 여행이 더욱더 기대되는 밴프여행이였습니다 너무너무 감사합니다 ʚ◡̈ɞ!

엘리자베스!!! 가이드님 너무 친절하고 긍정적이고 밝아서 같이 오로라투어하는 내내 너무 즐거웠어요. 옐로나이프에 오전 12:10분(?) 도착이었는데 오케이투어에서만 야간 오로라헌팅이 가능해서 너무 좋았고 그날 안봤으면 엄청난 오로라를 못 볼 뻔 했어요.. 겨울이고 시기도 좋다고해서 3일 내내 볼 수 있을 줄 알았는데 첫째날이 제일 예쁘고 강했고 오로라 댄싱도 볼 수 있었어요! 둘째날은 쏘쏘했고 셋째날은 아예 못 봤네요... 2박 3일 보다는 길게 일정 잡는 게 오로라 볼 수 있는 확률을 높이는 거 같아요! 최소 3박 4일은 잡아야함!!!! 저는 12월 말에 투어했는데 영하 -30였고 정말 너무 추웠어요. 방한복 대여 필수인 거 같아요. 근데 또 현지 사람들은 그냥 운동화에 패딩, 모자, 장갑 정도로 하고 다니긴하는데 그래도 방한복 대여를 추천하고 개썰매는 굳이 추천 안 할 것 같아요..! 대기 시간이 거의 1시간 30분이어서 기다리는 시간 넘 아깝고요? 강아지들이 허스키나 늑대같은(?).. 종인줄 알았는데 다 작고 진돗개처럼 털이 짧은 애들이고 너무 추워보였어요ㅠ 제가 그 강아지들이 아니라 실제로 추울지 괜찮을지는 모르겠지만 좀 안쓰러운 마음이 들었고! 막 엄청 빠르게 달리지도 않아서 재미도 없었고 여섯명 같이 타는데 앞사람에 가려져서 뷰도 제대로 보이지도 않더라구요. 20분 정도 탔는데 타면서 내가 지금 뭐하는건가 싶었어요. 가이드님들 모두 친절해서 좋았고 오로라 볼 수 있게 헌팅투어 잘 해주셔서 감사합니다!
