We do not provide individual reminders regarding essential travel documents (passport, required travel authorizations, etc.); you are solely responsible for preparing these in advance. Unless otherwise advised, guide/driver tips and optional activity fees must be paid in cash in local currency on site. If an optional activity must be reserved in advance, you must apply before departure; if participation is not possible on site, we may not be able to assist. Prices for optional tours and admission fees may change depending on dates and local supplier conditions, and the tour sequence may be adjusted or optional activities may not operate due to local circumstances. For certain options, children under 12 may participate only when accompanied by a guardian. If, on the day of the tour, a participant is deemed to have health conditions that may pose a risk, participation in the tour and/or optional activities may be denied, and such cases are not eligible for a refund. For most optional tours (except certain options), safety training or protective equipment may not be provided; participants must exercise caution, and assistance may be limited depending on on-site circumstances. The itinerary may include shopping stops not listed in the schedule; purchases are strictly voluntary. Vehicles may be changed during the tour depending on on-site conditions. Child car seats are not provided, and even if you bring your own, usage may not be possible. If you will bring more than one suitcase per person, you must inform us in advance. Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle, guide, and meeting time may change; you must maintain a reliable method of contact until the tour date. If you are traveling from Korea, mobile roaming is recommended. Travel insurance is optional and must be purchased separately if desired. Please refrain from leaving the group and follow basic etiquette. Please do not make personal requests to, or use inappropriate language toward, the guide or staff. You are responsible for safeguarding valuables and cash; we are not responsible for loss of valuables and assistance may be limited. The itinerary may be changed or partially cancelled without prior notice due to personal negligence, acts of God, force majeure, local conditions, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, or theft; we shall not be liable for any resulting losses in accordance with common industry practice. When staying at hotels, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel buildings, and excessive drinking should be avoided. If hotel property is damaged, noise complaints are made, or smoking is detected, the hotel may impose a penalty fee of 1,000 or more in local currency, and you are responsible for such charges. Depending on room availability, a twin room may be assigned as a king-size bed room with one bed. Hotel rooms generally provide two beds; for example, four guests in a quad room will share two beds. Hotels listed in the itinerary may be changed to equivalent or lower-category hotels without prior notice due to local circumstances.

너무 어릴 때 살았던 밴쿠버라 밴프여행을 못 다녀온게 한이었어요. 언젠가 가야지 했는데, 좋은 기회가 되어 드디어 다녀왔습니다. 직장인이라 시간이 너무너무 소중한데, 오케이투어 록키투어는 제가 가고싶은 곳 모두 포함되어 있었고, 특히 좋았던 점은 : 1. 모레인 호수 패스가 있어서 다른 셔틀 버스로 갈아타지 않고 바로 이동 할 수 있었던 점 2. 버스도 편안하고 충전 콘센트도 있어서 장거리 이동에도 허리 아프지 않게 편안하게 다닐 수 있는 점 3. 타사 대비 합리적인 가격대로 이것저것 알아보는 피로함 없이 호텔, 버스 한번에 밴프여행을 즐길 수 있는 점 4. 모든 숙소가 다 좋았음 5. 전담 가이드셨던 엉클 브라이언과 제임스 기사님을 인재로 모시고 계신 점 여행에서 제일 중요한게 가이드라고 생각하는데, 엉클 브라이언이 한편의 여행처럼 만들어주셨어요. 경력에서 느껴지는 스페셜 포토스팟, 깨끗한 화장실(굉장히 중요합니다), 밴프 맛집 추천 해주셨어요! 밴프 여행 리뷰에서 정말 많이 가지만 더 알아보면 혹평 받는 척스 스테이크 비추해주신 거에서 신뢰가 생겼습니다 ㅋㅋ 그리고 버스 안에서도 멋진 풍경 나올 때 올드팝 틀어주셨는데 너무너무 낭만 있었고, 그래서 더 이번 밴프여행이 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 그리고 제임스기사님도 안전하고 편안하게 운전해주시고, 바깥이 좀 덥다 싶으면 바로 에어컨 빵빵하게 틀어주셨어요! 장시간 운전으로 허리가 아프신지 복대를 차시고도 좀 오래 정차하는 동안 창문도 깨끗하게 닦아주시고, 버스 내부도 다 청소해주셔서 덕분에 쾌적하고 상쾌하게 다녔어요. 잠들었다 잠시 깨면 그림 같은 바깥 풍경이 더욱 와닿은 이유가 있었어요 :) 너무 행복하고 좋은 여행 만들어주신 두 분께 특히 너무너무 감사합니다 !

Seattle에 사는 임민순입니다. 저의 여행은 6월 10일 부터 14일, Canada Banff & Rocky Mountains 였습니다. 어여쁘고 샹냥스러운 가이드 Laura님과 안전한 운전을 첵임지신 Jesus님과 함께 했는데 진실로 편안했습니다. 이번 여행는 밴프 두번째 여행이였는데 첫 번 여행에 비하여 더욱 좋았습니다. 그 이유는 첫번 여행 (약 7년전, OK tour)때에는 가는 곳마다 그 풍경을 즐기는 것에 앞서 너무사진 찍기에만 열중한다는 것입니다. 그러나 이번 여행에서는 사진은 이미 있으니 편안한 마음으로 풍경 그 자체를 여유로이 즐길 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 가는 곳마다 첫번 여행의 추억을 꺼내 다시 바라 볼수 있었다는 것이 또한 좋았습니다. 시간이 허락하신다면 다시 한번 하시기를 강추합니다. 물론 안가본 다른곳에 가시는것도 좋으시겠지만..... 그리고 우리 가이드 로라님 (일명 람보님...진짜는 보라님) 특별히 감사 말씀 드림니다. 저는 나이가 많이 들면 현찰 들고 다니는거 싫어 가능한 모든것을 prepay(모든 옵션및 식사등..)를 하고자 하는 타입입니다. 이번 여행에서도 그리한다고 한것이 조금의 차질이 있었는데, 싫은 내색 하나 없이 깔끔하게 본사와 연락하여 처리 해 주셨습니다. 본사 Emma님께도 감사의 말씀 드림니다. 다시 이번 Banff 여행에 대하여 한줄로 표현한다면 "가볼만한 충분한 가치를 넘어서 한번 더 가길 정말 잘했다" 감사합니다.
